The following propositions are an outgrowth of something I'm writing. They are meant to be stimuli for your thoughts. Are they true? What if they are?

1. Civilization is a mistake.
2. Culture is an even worse mistake.
3. Giving another person authority over our selves is a mistake.
4. Writing allows us to lie. So does speech.
5. We ignore our emotions, feelings and intuitions to our great peril.
6. Our dreams are as real as waking reality.
7. Our natural condition as animals is not fear-filled and violent. These are learned behaviors.
8. We each of us is/are the God most people think is lording it over us.
9. There is no Devil and there is no Hell.
10. There is an afterlife and it is nothing to be feared. It's a continuation of our mortality, just in an expanded and unobstructed reality.
11. Apocalypse is every day.
12. There is no fear in love.

If you take anything with you from these propositions, take # 12.

I am asking anyone across the world who reads the following to copy it and to send it to your government officials (if possible) and to the United Nations Security Council.

Be it resolved that the mixing of Church and State has caused untold human suffering for centuries, we propose that the governments of the world rid themselves of any and all theocratic encumbrances.

1. That no nation's constitution, articles of confederation or other document of national law and purpose be based upon any religious book or religious tradition.

2. That no nation will allow a cleric to hold office within its government.

3. That a nation's laws shall be based upon humanitarian principles which would ensure adequate food, housing, education and medical care for its citizens, instead of the dictates of a religious authority.

4. That all religious organizations shall be fairly taxed as any business enterprise might be taxed, and that the same penalties for failure to pay said taxes be enforced with the same rigor as it is upon individuals and businesses who fail to pay their taxes.

5. That all missionary enterprises be halted worldwide

After the journey...

We had a marvelous time on our March 7th journey, we were in the Outlands for an incredible amount of time and Roy kept going at Old Sparky with Jackie and Shanoxilt for hours, it was just fantastic. It was a great way to celebrate getting over our burnout, and we are indeed over it. Ling is planning some new work after ages, I mean hand-drawn art! She, Roy and some of the others have been learning some of the art apps we've had for a long time, GIMP, PhotoScape, PaintStar, they're just fabulous once you get the hang of them. We've even been using Windows Paint in ways we haven't tried before.

The most important thing we came back with was an earth-shattering announcment by Dioth and that was that we had begun the reversal of the amount of fear in the world. Right now for you mortal folks fear is the dominant theme, but we seem to have changed something according to Big D. He said that "fear is the natural backdrop against which love might shine." Or something similar.

New music and maybe a new us

I can never remember from board to board, text-editor to text-editor how the fonts look so I'm just goin with the flow today. I must say it is good to be out of the cloud of burnout, I'm making music with Roy starting today. It's a new project and it's for somebody - can't say who - ha-haaa! - but it's a lot of fun, we actually dragged Irlene back up here to listen to one piece to see if she thought it related to dolphins in any way and she said, "Nawp, but it sher done sound like water music t'me!" so Roy promptly named it "Share Water With Me." Anybody who knows how atonal our music can get, well, sur-PRIZE! this is different. I'm listening to it now, as a matter of fact, we did four songs in like two hours with Audacity - from scratch, mind you - and they're....just fun to listen to! We'd be making some more but SOMEBODY wants to take a break. I think I'll let him! :)

He's off and running!

Well, Roy has his channeling bio in the works over at MSN Spaces. That is one messed up blog site! But the URL is
and I must say that he's in rare form here. He's going to copy and save each entry in an .rtf file and delete republish as he goes along - allows for easier reading. Jesus, what a crazy life he's lead! His story about the first time he got high on weed is worth its weight in gold!

Back to blog basics

I decided to make an entry simply for the sake of making an entry. Back in the day - like almpost three years ago - I'd set up this blog to write about this and that and have been sorta sidetracked. I'm feeling better and have been laughing again, although I could wish that Roy had three nights off in a row again.
I actually have a lot that I could write about, to put it another way, I could have been writing about stuff but just didn't. If you've ever played with Windows Movie Maker - which means having an argument with it somewhere along the line - you can easily spend five hours making a ten minute clip and not be happy with the result. To a lesser degree the same could be said for Audacity; if you're trying to pimp up an audio track from YouTube, it's terrific, but creating something from scratch is another story. I watched as Roy put together a sound collage this morning, but I don't wanna know nothing about music, art or video for a long while. I've published my book "the Living Things" and I have my favorite vids that I made at YouTube, so I'm happy. Funny thing, the one vid that we keep getting comments on is one I did over of Ronald Reagan warning people about the coming of the Outlands Community! Sample: "Is this for real? What is he talking about?" Yeah, it's as real as Roy doing Reagan's voice!

Enough is enough - for now

So I'm back after a several month absence. We have been burning ourselves up doing art, music and video and we're all thoroughly sick of it. In two years time we've done enough art to last several lifetimes; since we got the Audacity software last summer we've created over eight new CDs of our music as well as having edited hundreds of others we've gotten from various places. I'm supposedly the "software manager" for the Community, supposed to download, install and try new and different apps, but that has just gotten away from me. I did try dozens of new things, some are pretty cool - if you have a Linux OS I can make some recommendations for you, but if you are running Linux you probably scour www.sourceforge.net on a regular basis anyway. Cool place, that, and they do have stuff for Windows.
In relation to that, Old Sparky got eaten again, so now we are running on Old Sparky 8. I can't believe we've gone through eight computers. Well, it's been two actual physical PCs, but they've had their share of viruses and fatal crashes, the latest was a week ago when we had to do a reformatt. All of the art and stuff got saved but the software all went buh-bye. And I think that that was what caused us to say, "enough." Roy and Llam were supposed to continue a conversation at our website in their blog but rebuilding Humpty Dumpty took eleven hours, Roy was really tired when it happened and couldn't stay away from it until it was done. Workaholic.
So we've cut our projects down to the bone. Roy is doing some writing and set himself up with a new blog over at MSN spaces, seeing as how they probably lost or deleted the one he'd had. That was a shame as he had a huge list of books there, now has to do it over again. M
Me, I wanna go to a park later.
